CCM is a process of supporting churches to become active agents of change within their communities. Through training, workshops, coaching, and the development of facilitators, churches are encouraged to serve holistically—addressing not only spiritual needs but also social, economic, and environmental concerns—by actively engaging their congregations and the broader community.
